Terms of Service
1. Service description
Digital Media 24h publishes editorial content about social media operations and provides internal tooling for the operator to manage content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts they own or are authorised to operate. The tooling is not offered as a public SaaS product and is restricted to invited operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to manage each social media account you connect. By connecting an account you represent and warrant that you are the account owner or an authorised administrator.
3. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your operator login and for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you publish through the service.
- You must comply with the terms of every platform you connect (Meta, TikTok, Google). Content posted through our tool is attributed to your account and your accountability applies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Publish spam, malware, deceptive content, impersonation, or content infringing third-party intellectual property.
- Circumvent platform rate limits, policy enforcement, or authentication mechanisms.
- Attempt to access data that does not belong to an account you have legitimate access to.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the tooling to third parties without written consent.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish via our tool. Digital Media 24h claims no ownership of your posts, captions, media, or audience data. Editorial content on this website remains the property of Digital Media 24h and is available under fair use for quotation with attribution.
6. Availability and changes
We operate the service on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice for changes that affect stored data. We will not delete your data without notice outside the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Social platforms may change their APIs, rate limits, or policies without notice; we are not liable for resulting disruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Media 24h is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months (which for an internal tool is typically zero).
9. Termination
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by disconnecting all accounts. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of a platform we integrate with. On termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
